Free Cancellation:
You may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled departure or activity date.
Cancellation within 7 Days:
For cancellations made between 7 and 2 days before the activity, a 50% charge of the total amount will apply.
Last-Minute Cancellation or No-Show:
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
💳 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
Bank or payment gateway fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
