Excursion Highlights

Marrakech: The "red city", the legendary Jemaa el-Fnaa square, the Bahia Palace, the Majorelle Gardens and the famous souks.
Fez: The religious and cultural center of Morocco with medieval Fes el-Bali (UNESCO), Al-Qarawiyyin University and the traditional Chouara tanneries.
Casablanca: The cosmopolitan metropolis with its Art Deco architecture and the imposing Hassan II Mosque.

Analytical Program

Day 1: Athens – Marrakech – Casablanca
Meeting at the airport and direct flight with Aegean Airlines to Marrakesh. Arrival and direct departure to Casablanca (Dar El Beida). We will visit the Central Market, Mohammed 5th Square, United Nations Square, the Corniche promenade for cafes, the Hassan II Mosque (exterior) and the prestigious Anfa district with its racecourse. Transfer to the hotel, check-in, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Casablanca – Rabat – Tangier
Breakfast and departure for the capital Rabat. There we will visit the palace of King Hassan II, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the Tower of Hassan and the Udayah Kasbah. We continue towards the old imperial capital of Meknes. On the tour we will admire the ruins of Moulay Ismail's palace ("Versailles of Morocco") with its imposing walls, courtyards and the famous Bab El Mansour gate of the 17th century. We continue to historic Tangier in the Strait of Gibraltar. Arrival at the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Tangier – Chefchaouen (Blue City) – Fez
Morning tour of the Kasbah and the souks of Tangier. Departure for the famous Chefchaouen, the "Blue Village", with its impressive blue houses. Free time to stroll through the alleys and markets of the village. We continue to the "empire of cities", the stately city of Fez, Morocco's oldest imperial capital. Arrival, check-in at the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Fez (City Tour)
Breakfast and guided tour of the holy city. We will get to know the medieval Medina (Fes el-Bali) with its 9,202 labyrinthine alleys and souks, the historic Bou Inania Koranic school and the Mellah Jewish quarter. External visit to the Merenid Palace, Karawein Mosque and University, Mullah Idris Mausoleum and Merenid Necropolis ruins, as well as the traditional Chouara tanneries (time permitting). Afternoon free. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Fez – Imuser di Kander – Ifran – Marrakesh
Breakfast and route through the landscapes of the Middle Atlas. We pass the Berber village of Imuser di Canter and Ifran at an altitude of 1,665 meters in cedar forests ("the Switzerland of Morocco"). We continue to the "Red City", the cosmopolitan Marrakesh. Arrival, check-in at the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Marrakech (City Tour)
Breakfast and city tour. We will see the Koutoubia Mosque and the El Bahia Palace from the outside. We visit the Ben Youssef Medressa school, the beautiful exotic Majorelle Gardens (owned by Yves Saint Laurent - admission included) and end up at the famous Jemaa El Fna ("Square of Miracles") with its storytellers, snake charmers and countless souk shops. Return to the hotel and dinner. In the evening, optional outing to the folklore show with a drink at Chez Ali (included as a gift). Overnight.

7th Day: Marrakech – Athens
Breakfast and free time for the last shopping and souvenirs. Transfer to Marrakesh airport and return flight to Athens with Aegean Airlines.

General Information

Flights & Check-in Procedure (Aegean Airlines):

Group seats are automatically allocated by the airline. It is recommended to pre-purchase specific seats (window, aisle, extra legroom) after your tickets have been issued.
Luggage: 1 piece of luggage up to 23 kg and 1 piece of hand luggage up to 8 kg per person.

Passports & Documents:

A new type passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel is required.

Reservations & Payments:

Advance payment of €450 per person within 24 hours of booking by sending passports and signing a contract (non-refundable).
Payment 15 days before departure.
Possibility of repayment in up to 12 interest-free installments by credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation, the advance payment (€450) is non-refundable.
Cancellation 30-20 days before departure: withholding of 50% of the total price.
Cancellation 20-0 days before departure: withholding of 100% of the total price.
Possibility to replace participation with another name up to 20 days before departure without cancellation fees (except for special non-transferable services).
