1. Business Information

This website is operated by ZOULAKIS TRAVEL LTD, trading as Zoulakis Travel, registered in England and Wales under Companies House number 17287234, with registered office in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK1 1NQ, UK.

Contact: zoulakistravel@gmail.com+30 6992838438.

2. Scope of the Website

We present travel services, destinations, and suggestions for customized trips, accommodation, tickets, transfers, cruises, and local experiences. These terms govern the use of the website and the submission of inquiries. The specific terms of each confirmed booking are communicated separately.

3. Inquiries and Booking Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a confirmed reservation, availability hold, or payment obligation. Please provide accurate contact details and clearly state your travel requirements.

A binding contract is formed only when a formal travel proposal is explicitly accepted in writing, any required deposit or payment has been settled, and our written booking confirmation has been issued.

4. Pricing and Quotation Content

The final quotation specifies all included services, travel dates, passenger counts, total price, mandatory taxes, and any optional supplements. Indicators such as “from” apply to the base proposal and do not guarantee the same rate for all dates or traveler configurations.

5. Agency Roles and Travel Packages

Prior to entering into a contract, we clearly specify whether the agency acts as the package organizer, an authorized retail agent, or an intermediary for specific travel service providers. All statutory insolvency protections and passenger guarantees apply in full compliance with European and UK package travel regulations.

6. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Specific cancellation and modification conditions, along with any applicable supplier fees, are provided in writing prior to commitment. These vary by carrier, hotel, and contract type. In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, mandatory consumer rights and refund rules are strictly respected.

7. Travel Documentation and Special Needs

Travelers are responsible for verifying passport validity, visas, and health entry requirements for their destination. Please inform us in advance of any accessibility requirements or special requests so they can be explicitly confirmed in writing.

8. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

All texts, imagery, trademarks, and design layouts are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR legislation.

10. Contact, Complaints and Dispute Resolution

For inquiries, support, or complaints, please email zoulakistravel@gmail.com. We endeavor to resolve all concerns amicably and promptly.
