Experience Japan in its time Sakura, in a comprehensive journey that combines tradition, modern life and the enchanting landscapes of the Japanese Alps.

Day 1: Athens – Tokyo

Departure via an intermediate station for Tokyo.

Day 2: Arrival in Tokyo

Arrival and first acquaintance with the Japanese capital. Visit Senshoji Temple in Asakusa, Nakamise Shopping Street and Tokyo Skytree.

Day 3: Tokyo

Tour the cultural and contemporary highlights of Tokyo, including the Imperial Palace, Ueno Park, Edo Museum and Akihabara.

Day 4: Excursion to Nikko

Full day excursion to Nikko, a place of special natural beauty and spirituality.

Day 5: Tokyo – Kamakura – Hakone

Visit Kamakura and continue to the scenic area of Hakone.

Day 6: Hakone – Matsumoto – Takayama

Route to the foothills of the Japanese Alps, with a visit to Matsumoto and arrival in Takayama.

Day 7: Takayama – Shirakawago – Kanazawa

Tour traditional Takayama and the fairy-tale village of Shirakawago, before proceeding to Kanazawa.

Day 8: Kanazawa – Kyoto

Meet Kanazawa and move to atmospheric Kyoto.

Day 9: Kyoto – Hiroshima – Miyajima – Kyoto

Full day tour to Hiroshima and the sacred island of Miyajima.

Day 10: Kyoto – Nara – Osaka

Tour of Kyoto and Gion district, watch a performance and tea ceremony, visit Nara and arrive in Osaka.

Day 11: Osaka

Sightseeing tour of Osaka and walk in the lively Dotonbori area.

Day 12–13: Osaka – Athens

Free time in Osaka, transfer to the airport and return flight. Arrival in Athens.
