Road trip from Athens, October 29 to November 1, 2026, with three nights at The Lynx Mountain Resort 5* in Florina.

Day 1: Athens – Kastoria – Florina

Departure from Athens at 07:00 and arrival in Kastoria with the necessary intermediate stops. Walk on the beach of Lake Orestiada and in the traditional district of Doltso, between old mansions and cobbled streets. Free time for food and coffee. Continue to Florina and check in at The Lynx Mountain Resort 5*, on the hill of Agios Panteleimon, overlooking the city and the surrounding mountains. Free time and overnight stay.

Day 2: Prespes – Agios Germanos – Agios Achillios – Psarades – Florina

After breakfast we leave for Prespes. Visit to the traditional settlement of Agios Germanos with its stone-built houses and the historic Byzantine church. We continue to the islet of Agios Achilleios in Mikri Prespa, passing the floating footbridge, and walk to the ruins of the Basilica of Agios Achilleios. Next stop is Psarades, on the banks of Megali Prespa, with free time for lunch. Weather permitting, optional boating for the hermitages and rock paintings. Return to Florina and walk along the river Sakuleva to the historical center. Free time for coffee, return to the hotel and overnight.

3rd day: Nymphaeum – ARKTOUROS – Lake Vegoritis

Breakfast and departure for Nymphaeum, at an altitude of about 1,350 meters, in beech forests. Visit to the ARKTOUROS Bear Protection Center at your own expense, information about the organization's work and getting to know the rescued bears. Return to the village and free time for a walk, coffee and lunch. Then we head to Agios Panteleimonas, on the shores of Lake Vegoritida, for a stop at the lake landscape. Return to Florina, free evening and overnight stay.

4th day: Florina – Edessa – Athens

Breakfast and departure for Edessa. Visit to the waterfall park and the Karano waterfall. Free time for a walk, coffee and lunch. Early afternoon departure for Athens, with the necessary intermediate stop and late afternoon arrival.
