JOURNEY TO THE ENDS OF NATURE

1st Day | Heraklion - Reykjavik
Flight from Heraklion to Reykjavik via Zurich. Check in at the hotel in Reykjavík

2nd Day | Reykjavik - Guided tour

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Meet the tour guide at the hotel Start walking tour of Reykjavik around 10:00
  • Visit to the most important attractions of the capital, such as:
    • Harpa Concert Hall
    • Hallgrímskirkja - Rainbow Road
    • The central lake (Tjörnin)

3rd Day | Reykjavik–Golden Circle–Thingvellir National Park – Geysir Geysir – Gullfoss Waterfall – Keri Volcanic Crater

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Meeting with the tour guide and the driver in the hotel lobby.
  • Departure for the excursion Golden Circle (approx. 300 km distance), which includes:
    • National park Thingvellir (an impressive national park, where the tectonic plates of Europe and America meet). Geothermal area Geysir (known for its geysers and especially the active one Strokkur, which shoots hot water into the air every few minutes).
    • Waterfall Gullfoss (one of the most impressive waterfalls in the country).
      Kerið Volcanic Crater (a large crater with a deep blue lake in its center and bright red volcanic rocks next to it).
  • Visit to famous Fridheimar greenhouse with lunch, where we will taste the local fresh tomato soup in the unique area of ​​the farm.
  • Overnight in Hella.

4th Day | South Iceland - Seljalandsfoss Waterfall - Skógafoss Waterfall - Reynisfjara Beach

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Day dedicated to the most famous natural attractions of the country
  • Visit to the waterfall Seljalandsfoss: Unique waterfall with a path behind the waters.
  • Possibility of walking behind the water curtain: slippery path - caution and waterproofs necessary.
  • Visit to the waterfall Skógafoss: Impressive waterfall 65 meters high.
  • Frequent formation of rainbows due to humidity.
  • Optional climb of 527 steps for a panoramic view from above.

5th Day | Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon - Diamond Beach – Skaftafell National Park - Glacier Hike

Travel Documents:

  • For the trip to Iceland No visa required.
  • Your passport must be valid and not expire within 6 months from the day of arrival at the destination.
  • You can also travel with an identity card from the last 10 years.
