Excursion program

Departures from Athens: 24/12/2026, 29/12/2026 and 03/01/2027. Base of accommodation in Filach, Austria.

Day 1: Athens – Bratislava – Vienna – Filach

Meeting at the airport and flight to Bratislava. Arrival and transfer by coach to Vienna for a panoramic tour of the historic center. We will see the Belvedere Palace and cross the Ring Boulevard, with the Municipal Park, the Opera House, the Museum Square, the Franz Joseph Gate, the Parliament, the Town Hall, the old Palace Theater, the University and the Vötivkirche. Continuation to the Cathedral of Agios Stefanos and a walk in the historical quarter of the Greek parish. Free time and departure for Filach. Check-in at the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 2: Villach – Klagenfurt – Villach

Breakfast and departure for Klagenfurt. Walk through the historic center with the Town Hall, the square with the statue of Theresia and the impressive Dragon Fountain. Free time for walking around Alter Platz, shopping and dining. Return to the hotel in Filah and stay overnight.

Day 3: Filach – Lake Bled – Ljubljana – Filach

Breakfast and departure for Lake Bled at the foot of the Julian Alps. Visit to the castle of Bled with a panoramic view of the lake. Optional boating and visit to the island's church. Continue to Ljubljana and walk through the historic center with its narrow streets and beautiful buildings. We will get to know the central Preseren Square, the City Hall, the Triple Bridge and the Dragon Bridge. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 4: Philach – Hallstatt – Philach

Breakfast and departure for the lake region, with alpine mountains and traditional villages. Visit to Hallstatt, built on the banks of the homonymous lake. The cultural landscape Hallstatt–Dachstein of the Salzkammergut is included in the UNESCO list. Walk among the traditional wooden houses and narrow alleys, with time in the central square for coffee, hot chocolate or local delicacies. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 5: Filach – Graz – Bratislava – Athens

Breakfast and departure for Graz, the second largest city in Austria, known for its historic center and special architecture. Its attractions include the Cathedral, the Eggenberg Palace, the Archaeological Museum and the Museum of Modern Art. Free time and transfer to Bratislava airport for the return flight to Athens. The listed arrival is at 02:00 the next day.

Departures and accommodation

December 24 and 29, 2026, January 3, 2027. 5 days program with 4 nights in Filach. The return flight arrives in Athens at 02:00 the next day.

Prices and reservations according to the form

SuperEarly: advance payment of €450 per person, non-refundable, for the first 10 entries. Payment 21 days before departure.
Early Booking: advance payment of €450 per person for the first 15 entries. Free cancellation up to 45 days before and payment 21 days before departure. Possibility of up to 5 interest-free installments by credit card and physical presence at the office, according to the terms of the form.
Regular price: possibility of up to 10 interest-free installments by credit card. The deposit is paid once and the payment is completed 21 days before departure. Physical presence at the office is required for installments.
According to the form, American Express and Diners are not accepted.
The child price applies to children up to 12 years old in a triple room with 2 adults.
Taxes of €275 are extra in all price categories. In the table of the form they are referred to as airport and hotel taxes and in the exemptions section as airport taxes.
The order of visits can be changed without skipping a visit.
With the advance payment and written confirmation of participation, the conditions of participation are accepted.

Travel documents – update of the form

The form notes that old-style Greek IDs (blue) are not accepted for intra-EU/Schengen travel and recommends a new ID or valid passport. He mentions paying particular attention to IDs issued before 2011, especially before 2006, and worn or illegible documents. A timely check of the validity and status of travel documents is requested. The form states disclaimer of responsibility of the organizer in case of non-acceptance of documents or refusal of boarding/entry by the competent authorities or the airline.
